The model number starts with 1-3 letters followed by numbers. For example: EP5544. Model numbers are printed on the type plate of the product.

Serial number/ Production date:

Where can I find my production date or serial number?

The production date or the serial number is usually located on the type plate underneath the device.The production date is typically 4-6 numbers. For example: 2201 or 220101. The serial number typically starts with 2 letters, followed by letters and numbers. For example: TW1A2303123456.

The serial number / production date is either unreadable or missing.

You are submitting a request for repair under warranty. If the product is received and determined to not be covered by warranty—either due to the purchase date, serial number, or inability to validate warranty based on the information provided—you will be given the following options:

Provide additional documentation to validate the warranty coverage.
Have the product returned to you after paying for shipping to and from our service center.
Receive a quote for out of warranty repair service and choose to pay for the service. If you accept the quote, you will be responsible for the repair and all associated shipping costs.
